FAQ

 Answer:
  • This may be due to the customer enabling the hdmi_drive option in config.txt file

10.1inch-HDMI-LCD-B-FAQ-01.png

  • The solution is to comment out the option and power on the Raspberry Pi again. At the beginning, the screen may not be fully restored, so wait a few minutes (sometimes it may take half an hour, depending on the time the system has been running in an abnormal state).

 Answer:
  • Make sure that the HDMI port of the PC can output normally.
  • The PC only connects the LCD as a display device and does not connect other monitors.
  • Connect the power cable first and then the HDMI cable.
  • Some PCs need to be restarted to display properly.

 Answer:

You can try compiling the universal touch driver "hid-multitouch" into the kernel, which can generally support touch.

 Answer:

Using 5V power supply, the operating current is about 750mA when the backlight is turned on, and about 300mA when the backlight is turned off.

 Answer:

Remove the resistor as shown below, and connect the PWM pad to the P1 pin of the Raspberry Pi.
Execute the following command on the Raspberry Pi terminal:

gpio -g pwm 18 0
gpio -g mode 18 pwm (the occupied pin is the PWM pin)
gpio pwmc 1000
gpio -g pwm 18 X (X ranges from 0 to 1024), 0 is the brightest, 1024 is the darkest
