Usage Guide

  1. Correct usage: Turn the switch to ON, and the battery level indicator indicates the battery level range.
  2. Solar panel recharging status indicator: Connect the solar panel to the DC-002 or adapter, and then connect to the DC-002 through the adapter. If the positive and negative connections are correct, the Solar Charge indicator light turns on, and the power indicators blink. If the positive and negative connections are reversed, the Solar Warning indicator light will turn on. When the battery is fully charged, the Solar Done lights up and the Solar Charge goes off.
  3. TYPE-C recharging status indicator: Connect the charger to the TYPE-C port via a TYPE-C data cable. If the Quick indicator is on, it has entered quick recharging mode. Otherwise, your charger does not support quick recharging mode and it will be charged in slow recharging mode. The power indicator lights will blink during recharging, and they will be fully lit when fully recharged.
  4. TYPE-C discharge: It can be converted by TYPE-C data cable for use in electrical devices.
  5. USB-OUT port: It can be converted to power electrical devices through a USB data cable.

Precautions:

⚫ Function of the BOOT button: Single press to start discharging; double press to enter low current mode.
⚫ When Type-C charging and USB-OUT discharging are working simultaneously, quick charging and quick discharging are not supported.
⚫ Quick charging is only supported when using a charger that supports quick charging. Using a standard 5V charger will not activate quick charging.

Precautions for Using Lithium Batteries

  • Lithium polymer and lithium-ion batteries are very unstable. They may cause fire, personal injury, or property damage, if they're not properly recharged or used.
  • When charging and discharging the battery pack, never connect the electrodes incorrectly. Do not use inferior charger/charging panel to recharge the battery.
  • Do not mix and use old batteries with new ones, and avoid using batteries from other brands.
  • If you need to purchase additional lithium-ion battery products, ensure that the battery parameters are compatible with the lithium-ion battery expansion board. It is recommended to choose batteries from legitimate manufacturers and perform your own aging tests to ensure that the lithium-ion battery can operate stably and safely.
  • Lithium batteries have a cycle life, please replace the old batteries with new ones when it reaches the end of its useful life or uses it for two years, whichever comes first.
  • Please handle battery products properly, keep them away from flammable and explosive items, and keep them out of reach of children to avoid accidents due to improper storage.

FAQ

 Answer:

Quick recharging (power supply 9V): The full recharge time is about 4 hours.

Voltage regulator source simulating a solar panel (18V 10W): The full recharge time is about 6 hours.

PS: Since the recharging of solar panels is greatly affected by the actual environment, the voltage regulation simulation recharging test is used here.

 Answer:

The switch needs to be turned to ON to charge normally.
Dial to OFF, which is equivalent to disconnecting the battery from the circuit, and all batteries cannot be charged and discharged.
