First, you should install the components to the board C

Weld the OLED screen to the board C

Here you should use the blade welding head, and set the welding temperature among 280℃~350℃

Add some tin and colophony to the pads corresponding to the OLED screen flat cable. The welding temperature should be controlled within 360℃. Don’t weld the part for a long time.

Notices that don’t add too much tin, or else it may cause short-out. If the tin added to the pads is not flat, you can use some colophony to smooth it.

Turn over the OLED screen, and make its back facing you. And make sure the holes on the right and the left of the flat cable are overlapping with the gold plated dots.

Use the welding head to press the OLED flat cable lightly without adding any tin. By this way, the tin on the pads will melt and the flat cable will be welded to the pads.

Stick a piece of double sided adhesive tape on the back of the OLED screen. The OLED welding is finish.

Weld the MCU to the board C

When finished, please check whether there is any short-out or cold solder.
