Q1:Which 4G cellular module does WS-431E use?

Q2:Can the router be configured as an OpenVPN server? But I can't find where to download the .ovpn file.?

1) Our router can only act as a VPN client, not a VPN server. The current OpenVPN page is only for configuring the router to actively connect to an existing VPN server as a client. The interface only provides parameter input, certificate import, and connection/disconnection control functions; it does not support generating or downloading .ovpn client configuration files.

2) This VPN function is mainly used for field routers to actively connect back to the headquarters or cloud VPN via 4G/wired network, enabling remote networking, intranet communication, and remote access to downstream devices. This is a common usage method for industrial routers.

3) To use .ovpn files in Windows OpenVPN Connect or OpenVPN GUI, a separate OpenVPN server or a device supporting VPN Server functionality is required to generate and distribute the configuration file. This router does not support server mode.
